Return and Exchange Policy

If you would like to return or exchange your purchased item(s), please contact our customer service team within seven days from the date you received your order at before sending back your item(s).

Once you have received our response to your initial notification, please send all returns/exchanges to the address located at the top left hand side of your package to return it to the vendor. If you are unsure, let us know via email and will will provide you with the vendor's address.  


We inspect the item(s) once received. We will then send you an email to notify you that we received your item and also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. Please be aware that refunds and exchanges will be issued only for correctly returned items.


Upon receipt of returned merchandise, The Style Escape reserves the right to deny a refund or an exchange if the item(s) do not meet the following requirements:

Return and Exchange Requirements

The Style Escape has to be notified by email within seven days after you received your order about making a return or exchange, and the item(s) must be:

  • unused with all the original tags attached,

  • free from dirt, dust, pet hair or any fragrances, and

  • in the same packaging and same condition that you received it.


Once we receive your package and the item(s) meet the above conditions, we will process your refund or your exchange, and the credit will be put automatically back on your credit card or PayPal account within 48 hours.


If your return or exchange item does not meet the conditions listed, we will not issue the refund, and the package will be sent back to you using our standard shipping method.


Please be advised that we will deduct the initial applicable shipping cost from the total refund. Also, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item(s).


Important: You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance in case we do not receive your returned/exchange items.
